RELEASED HALF TERM BY HALF TERM
The Complete Spelling System is a huge collection of teaching and learning resources, covering six year groups and 252 complete teaching weeks. To support the launch of the updated system, resources will be released on a rolling half-termly basis.
Each new half term will be released during the preceding half term, ensuring schools have the resources they need well in advance of teaching.

When will each half term be released?
The updated Spelling System is being released on a rolling half-termly basis. Each new half term will be made available during the preceding half term, so schools have access to the resources before they are needed.
If I purchase the Complete Spelling System now, will I receive future releases?
Yes. Purchasing the complete system gives your school access to all six year groups and all six half terms. As each new half term is released, it will be added to your access at no additional cost.
Can I purchase individual half terms instead?
Yes. Schools that don’t wish to purchase the Complete Spelling System can buy individual half terms separately through the Vocabulary Ninja website as they are published.
Is the Spelling System included with Vocabulary Ninja School Membership?
Yes. Schools with an active Vocabulary Ninja School Membership can access the Spelling System as part of their subscription for as long as their membership remains active.
Can my school order by invoice or purchase order?
Yes. Schools can purchase directly through the website or request an invoice if this better suits their purchasing process. Purchase orders can also be accommodated.
Does one purchase cover the whole school?
Yes. The £399 Complete Spelling System purchase provides whole-school access from Year 1 to Year 6, allowing teachers across your school to use the appropriate resources for their year group.
How will we access new resources as they are released?
New half-term resources will be added to the Spelling System as they are released. Schools that have purchased the complete system will be able to access each new release without making any additional payment.
What file formats are the resources provided in?
Resources are provided in PowerPoint and PDF formats, making them easy to present, print and use across your school.
How will I receive the resources after purchasing?
Schools purchasing the Complete Spelling System will be sent links to download the available files. As new half-term resources are released, schools will receive access to the latest files as part of their one-off purchase.
What does a Vocabulary Ninja School Membership include?
A Vocabulary Ninja School Membership gives teachers across your school access to the Spelling System as well as the full range of resources available across the Vocabulary Ninja website, for as long as the school subscription remains active.
Can we save and print the resources?
Yes. Schools purchasing the Complete Spelling System will receive downloadable files that can be saved and used by teachers across the school in line with the school licence.
