PRIMARY SCHOOLS, SECONDARY SCHOOL AND COLLEGES! LET’s MASTER WRITING AND READING!
From September 2025, Vocabulary Ninja will be offering services to work directly in-school with pupils to improve standards in writing and reading; Mastering Writing and Mastering Reading. Primary, Secondary and Further Education establishments are welcomed to engage with Vocabulary Ninja about how one or both of these programmes could meet the needs of your school in the next academic year. Both programmes are weekly, in school sessions, specifically designed to target the core fundamentals of both writing and reading, with the aim of improving overall confidence, and more importantly, independent skill.
Groups, timings and session can all be refined to meet the needs of your setting, with a dedicated member of our team working directly in your setting each week with pupils.
Below, you will find two information documents that overview the programmes separately, provide straight forward costs and provide previous cohorts’ data evidencing significant impact for pupils. Mastering Writing and Mastering Reading are two separate programmes, if required, a blend of both courses could be delivered in your setting.
Tees Valley schools are welcomed to contact Andrew at Vocabulary Ninja to express interest and engage in dialogue to discuss how Mastering Writing or Mastering Reading might work in your setting. This does not commit you. Any interest should be expressed prior to June 14th, so that any agreements for September can be finalised. SCHOOLS OUTSIDE OF THE TEES VALLEY
If the delivery of Mastering Writing or Mastering Reading is potentially of interest to your school and you are based elsewhere in the country. There are still ways that we may be able to deliver the programme. Multiple schools, part of MAT’s where schools are within a similar geographic area, with enough notice, it would be possible to deploy members of our staff to deliver the programme.
If we see that there is interest within a specific geographic location, we can look to actively engage with schools in that specific area in order to make deliver viable. For example, if we get interest from Manchester or Leeds, we can actively look to promote and engage with schools in these areas to ensure we have the minimum number of schools to viably deliver the programme.
